(Privacy) How we handle data
Privacy, kept simple.
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who we are
The Scale Studio is a digital studio based in Ahmedabad, India. Questions about this policy: heyscalestudio@gmail.com.
What you send us
When you contact us — through the enquiry form (which opens your email app), email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram — we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, company and project details. We use them only to reply, prepare a quotation and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell or rent your information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, the type of device, approximate location (city or country) and how visitors found us. It uses cookies. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. No advertising or remarketing data is collected on this site.
Stored on your device
The site remembers small preferences in your own browser — for example whether sound is on, whether Sonny (S.O.N.N.Y, the site’s little guide) is shown, how full its bulb is, what Sonny remembers from your last visit (the service pages you looked at and the services you picked, so it can say welcome back) and your best score in its 404 game, and which services you picked in “Build your project”. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Other services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google are covered by those companies’ own privacy policies once you follow them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing heyscalestudio@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
